As the last addition to the Bettella family, the lonzardo embodies the evolution of cured meats. This cut from the back of Maiale Tranquillo® is dry salted with marine salt, stuffed into pork intestine and cured with culatello, the tastiest end part of the ham. Our Lonzardo is a unique combination that brings extraordinary flavours and aromas.
